Sick of the same old mix? How about a cool Cosmopolitan in a swanky bar overlooking the best harbour in the world?
Cruise Bar, established in year by 2001 by Chris Chung, has water views across Circular Quay to The Sydney Opera House.
Cruise Bar’s interior scheme is very modern featuring white terrazzo flooring and walls of white polyurethane and mirrored paneling. With a choice of alfresco seating or the interior space anchored by the main bar, ‘Cruise’ is a setting either by day or night.
Offsetting this is the world’s largest light wall conceived by British visual artist Jeremy Lord. It changes colour in a beautiful rippling effect.
It is the venue for many up market events including fashion shows.
Cruise Bar introduced Cocktails Classes & Canapés because it wanted to provide clients with a highly entertaining and informative get together. At Cruise Bar’s Cocktail Classes and Canapés, you can learn the secret of cocktail making and mixology from the best in town.
To compliment the cocktails, canapés will be served along the way from the award winning ‘Cruise’ restaurant including Beef/ chicken skewers, risotto balls, mezze plates, calamari rings, spring rolls, asparagus wraps and deep fried brie.
All participants will then have the opportunity to step behind the bar and blend, bash, crush, shake and stir their way to cocktail heaven.
Upon completion of your session, relax with a cocktail of your choice while enjoying the glorious view of Circular Quay and the Opera House. Normally, the class runs for 1 ½ to 2 hours, will have 8-20 people.
