Riverside Oaks
Riverside Oaks is set in 587 acres of unspoilt natural bushland bordered by the Hawkesbury River and wildlife reserve.
It is a championship golf course which is renowned for its high quality reputation both nationally and internationally.
It has an 18-hole par 72 course is 6,311 metres long and is rated amongst the top courses in Australia. This public golf course welcomes all levels, course offers a challenging and rewarding game.
Riverside Oaks has hosted tournaments including The Australian TPC and for three successive years, the Australian PGA Championship. Club and shoe hire is also available.
Riverside Oaks has been the winner of the Australian Annual Bridal Industry Award for Best Reception Centre 'Club' for three years running; 2000, 2001 & 2002.
Riverside Development is in progress. There are 9 in total, 3 and 4 bedroom homes. Stage 1 is due to be completed September 2004. Price will be around $550,000 and all will be golf course frontage.
For permanent residence or investment purposes, not retirement. There is basic lodge style accommodation available. Twin share, common living area for $100 per room per night.
Dress Regulations - collared shirts, tailored shorts or trousers, long or short socks, golf shoes with soft spikes only or running shoes are required. T-shirts, jeans and tracksuits are not permitted.
