Clayton Tombs has barista classes which are informative and fun. He can take you through the intricate details of mysteries surrounding the little beans, enjoyed the world over.
The hands-on course starts with the green coffee bean and continues until you have the skills to make great coffee at home.
During the enjoyable 2.5 hours you will learn of the origins of coffee, the harvesting and roasting process, all about which machine to have at home and its operation and, very importantly, milk texturing. That last step can make all the difference.
